Find yourself at a fast food restaurant with friends but trying to eat healthy? Well, here are some tips to making your fast food rendezvous with friends healthier:

McDonald’s:

  • Order grilled chicken instead of crispy/fried
  • Ask for fruits and walnuts as a side
  • Skip the mayo in a burger, if you want to reduce even more take off the top bun
