The National Institute on Drug Abuse and the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism is holding its annual National Drug and Alcohol Facts Week® from January 23-29, 2017. Taking part in National Drug and Alcohol Facts Week® provides an opportunity to help teens SHATTER THE MYTHS® about drug and alcohol use.

- 11% reported abusing prescription drugs;
- 16% reported currently using electronic vapor products; and
- 23% reported currently drinking alcohol.
