TeenHealth Matters is a project of the Howard County Health Department, designed to connect you, your friends, your parents, your mentors and the people who care about you most to the resources you need to stay safe, happy and healthy.

Voices 4 Change acts as an advisory board to TeenHealthMatters.org. Voices 4 Change is a youth-based organization focused on issues that affect youth in Howard County, Maryland. V4C is open to students in grades 8-12 that attend public or private Howard County schools.
